HR Certification Institute Recertification Credit Hours

Managing EmployeesSeminars on employment law, workers' compensation, and other human resource related topics, sponsored by Sterling, are submitted to the HR Certification Institute for approval of recertification credit hours toward the PHR, SPHR, and GPHR recertification, with most of our seminars offering 6.75 credit hours.

Live seminars in California are also submitted for PHR-CA and SPHR-CA recertification credits.

Recertification

A minimum of 60 credit hours of HR-related continuing education activities is required every 3 years for recertification. Your certification expiration date can be found in your Online Profile.
