Social Media and Networking

Perhaps the largest issue facing employment law today is the affect of social media and networking sites on employers and employees. The boom of social media from MySpace, to Twitter and Facebook, to more professionally focused sites like LinkedIn, creates many opportunities and access to information for employers and employees; however, these sites also create risk and liability.

I enjoyed presenting at the 6^th Annual Sterling Education Services Landlord-Tenant Law seminar held on July 13, 2011 in Indianapolis, IN. I decided to join the faculty for this seminar in order to

1. Share my seven years of knowledge and experience in the area of real estate litigation, 
2. Gain additional knowledge in the area, 
3. Network with other lawyers and individuals involved in landlord-tenant matters and 
4. Obtain continuing legal education credits.  

Please let me introduce myself, I am Elizabeth Kramer and I have been with Sterling Education Services since March of 2007. For the past few years, I have been Sterling's Marketing Coordinator. Before that, I worked in almost every department here, learning a lot about what we do and how we do it.
