William R. Baldwin - (Marchant, Honey & Baldwin, L.L.P.):
WILLIAM R. BALDWIN III, a member of Marchant, Honey & Baldwin, L.L.P., practices in commercial litigation, landlord-tenant law, collections, bankruptcy, UCC, and general business law. Mr. Baldwin is a member of the Richmond and the Virginia State Bar Associations. He is a former prosecutor with the U. S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps. Mr. Baldwin received his B.S. from the United States Military Academy at West Point and his J.D., cum laude, from Washington & Lee University School of Law, where he was executive editor of the Washington & Lee Law Review. Following law school, he served as law clerk to the Honorable H. Emory Widener, Jr., Judge, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
Kevin D. Purnell - (Dinkin, Purnell & Johnson, PLLC):
KEVIN D. Mr. Purnell earned his B.S., with honors at Hampton University and his J.D. at the University of Florida College of Law–Gainesville.
Jennifer Jo West - (Spotts Fain PC):
JENNIFER JO WEST, a director with Spotts Fain PC, represents national lending institutions, community banks, landlords, and other businesses in connection with collection, restructuring, workouts, litigation and foreclosures. Ms. West dedicates a significant portion of her practice to bankruptcy, representing creditors in Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and Chapter 11 proceedings involving commercial debtors and private consumers and representing Chapter 7 Trustees in bankruptcy proceedings. She is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the Richmond Bar Association, currently serving as chair of the membership committee and the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation, past board of directors and program chair. She also serves as regional chairperson for the Virginia State Bar, Young Lawyers Conference No Bills Night program. Godfrey T. Pinn - (Harrell & Chambliss LLP):
GODFREY T. PINN, JR., a partner with Harrell & Chambliss LLP, is a civil litigator with experience in several substantive areas of the law, including general tort defense, commercial litigation, professional malpractice, regulatory compliance, eminent domain, and residential and commercial landlord-tenant. Mr. Pinn is an active member of the Richmond, the Old Dominion, and the Virginia State Bar Associations, and a volunteer with the Virginia Legal Aid Justice Center’s Pro Bono Housing Clinic.
