Edward G. Kramer is director and chief counsel of The Housing Advocates, Inc., and a shareholder in the law firm, Kramer and Associates, L.P.A. He is also director of the Fair Housing Law Clinic, a clinical program run in cooperation with Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
Mr. Kramer actively litigates fair housing and lending cases, as well as consults on fair housing cases throughout the country. He co-chairs the Fair Housing Litigation Group of the American Association for Justice and the American Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Kramer has authored over fifty articles and publications on housing, landlord-tenant, real estate law, and civil rights.
Mr. Kramer has argued more than fifty cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals and appeared in two U.S. Supreme Court cases during his over thirty-three years of practice. He is also an adjunct professor at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
Mr. Kramer received his B.S. from Kent State University and his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
